Return Process

  Access our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and authenticity cards are securely attached.

  Affix Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label and attach it to the exterior of the parcel, then drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our atelier will inspect the garments for quality assurance before issuing your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
